99 Limited Recovery Hook cover plate

Hi. I've posted in the classifieds here a while back without any replies, so I figured I'd give it a try where I might have better luck.

Trying to locate a recovery hook cover plate for a 99 limited lower bumper valance. You now the one...they disappear and the dealer wants 30 bucks for it. Before I hit the JY I'd like to see if anyone has one laying around that I could take off their hands.
