99 T4R front bumper and running boards

hello there i am selling a 99 4runner front bumper and the bracket that goes behind it. i do not have the hardware or lights for them. there is some carnage on them but nothing that cannot be fixed. i am taking the dent out ot the passenger side to day so other than that it is just a bumper looking for a good home.

just an update. the bumper bracket (if thats what it is called) and where the former dent was.

I also have a set of running boards for a 99 4runner LTD. I had not taken the last bracket off in this picture but they are on and I have the bolts that came with them. PM for details :)
