99 tall coils

I have a 2002 4runner sport edition 2wd. I wanted to get those 99 tall coils front and rears but on Toyota parts online says the front left or right coils won't fit a 2002. I'm kind of confused if the coils will fit. Can someone confirm it will. I want to order a set. I also wanted to replace the shocks. I heard the 5100 will not fit 2wd but the 4600 will.
