@ CanCon, I have not sent out order info for the second batch just yet, but have you on the list.
 
UPDATE: To everyone in batch #2, I should be sending PM's requesting shipping info, etc. sometime this week for invoices. Working on harnesses now.

where is everyone getting their replacement LCD's from ? eBay?

I recommend looking on car part.com and calling some good yards or going to the dealer for the TFT display. Remember the LCD displays wil not work.
