a different rear window question than usual

I read through several other threads and they don't seem to be the same issue. at 1st i had no rear gate functions such as window, wiper, and defrost all didn't work. I went out and placed the wiper back to its docking station and now it,and the defrost work which are both great as i had nothing previously. I also now have rear window motor sound, but no movement. Any ideas what to do from here?

also its a 2006 SR5 if that makes any difference
