A Trac Question

Is the 2009 4x4 Limited equipped with A-Trac? I do not have an A-Trac button on my 4runner and was wondering.

All 2009 4Runner model (SR5 V6; Limited V6; Limited V8) drivetrains had Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) with Active Traction Control (A-TRAC) as standard equipment.

There's no button to engage, it's hard wired into the system.

ATRAC engages automatically with wheel slip in 4LO with center diff locked below 5mph. Only on the 09 TE do you get a switch to manually engage a more aggressive version of ATRAC similar to what is offered in the FJ.
