A Try-OUt!...Black Grill...Check it Out!

It looks like you bought an aftermarket grill and then didn't paint it. Body color would look so much better along with painting the mirrors. It simply looks cheap with that light of a body color.

1stt : One thing u got right...It is an aftermarket grill "insert"...(I didn't want to mess with the stock one)...
2nd :The grill insert came in silver/chrome and I did paint it semigloss black (and did it myself) how about that...hum : )~~~
3rd : About the mirros...them are the stock ones.
It is maybe different but not cheap looking...come on!....I am going to reffer u to an eye doctor....

...U darn right It is unique and sorry but the black mirros that I have now are my stock ones they had on mirror covers and I just removed them...

don't like the grill. the stock front ends looks great including the headlights.... lookn like a little rice civic.... IMO:wtf:
 
Overall I like it. Something about the two blacks- from the bugguard and your grill with that little bit of paint color showing in between is throwing me off but like you said the more you look at it the more it grows on me. One thing I have always wanted to see but never have is painting the bottom of the bumper right below the mouth black. That horizontal connector piece that connects under the mouth painted black to me would make the whole front end look mean as hell and make it look like one big mouuth upfront. Almost like the new VW GTI front ends.

I tought about that too...but like I said...I did this myself....but that I wouldn't even try it..If I decide to do it It has to be done by a professional..and I have to be very convince that I want to stick with the black grill permanently. And I also tought about that color piece showing off...but there is nothing I can do about it unlesss ordering the bugshield canadian version that covers that triangle part which it was the one i wanted at the beggining but dang...they want $100 +shipping for that...lol

yeah...it kinda bothered me too a little bit at first...but there is nothing I can do ...like I said before...unless if I get the canadian version busghield which is the only one that I knowthat covers the entire fron side ...but i dont know if I want to pay that much for a bugshield.

Ok.. Thanks for looking and checking my Try out.!...but Just FYI the only thing that is way different from stock are the halo's projectors...the grill was just painted black and it has a bugshield like more than half of the t4r owners on this page got on theirs just different brands and/or styles ..

But lets put it this way....This is my unique "CONCEPT T4R"
