First, click the paper clip circled in red.
Then, the window in the yellow box will open. Click choose to navigate to the file on your computer. Then upload the file. Repeat this process.
When you have them all uploaded, click on the paper clip again and click insert all. Then you should be good to go!

ABS on-off-on, w/o restart!
It is so easy! I'm incredibly surprised that no one else on this forum has posted this solution.
Those of us with a Rear DIff LOck can turn off ABS, and turn it back on with a switch, no need to restart the vehicle to reset it, and no need to actually engage the Rear Diff Lock to make it happen.
I thought it would be possible to use the signal that the RR DIff Lock(RDL) control unit sends to the ABS control unit to turn off ABS when the RDL is engaged. After inspecting the wiring diagram, I found that you need to interrupt the Yellow/Blue wire that goes from the RDL control unit to the ABS control unit. And it worked! At least I think so, as the ABS light is on when I flip the switch, and off when I flip it back to the closed position.
Edit, 12/31/2015: Found some mud on the side of the road, and it works! ABS was disabled, and then turned back on, without a restart. And since the wire is in the cab, I think it's much easier than adding a switch to the wire in the engine compartment.
You need to catch the wire near the ABS control unit (located in the passenger kick panel), since if you intercept the wire too close to the RDL control unit, you will end up with the RDL light on, when it actually is not on. You can see this on the wiring diagram, Y-L (yellow-blue) wire.

I cut the wire right near the ABS control unit, and connected the two wires to a switch (use a non-momentary switch.) In the photo, I used a green wire to run to my switch. When the switch is in the Closed position, ABS will work as normal. When the switch is in the Open position, ABS will be turned off until you flip the switch back to Closed, on the fly, whenever you want to!
This works on my 2000 Limited with Rear Diff Lock, but in theory it should work on any 4Runner with the Rear Diff Lock (but different years might have a different wire color, I only have the wiring diagram for the 2000 4rnr.)

Other that the ABS light being lit, did you test this to see that it truly disables ABS? It looks to me that the ABS computer is looking for a ground on pin EX12 to disable it. The ground is coming from the Rear Diff Lock Detection switch which is an input to the Diff Lock computer on pin RLP. I suppose the ABS computer could instead be looking for the absence of a 12 vdc pull-up and that may be the reason that interrupting the signal will disable the ABS.

Haven't been able to test it, since wet pavement isn't slippery enough. I'll need to test it on dirt.
I see your point, and if EX12 requires a ground, that will be easy to implement with a switch.
I'll report back when I'm able to test it. Not sure when that will be, since there isn't much dirt around here.
For anyone that's disconnected the connector is there a downside to unplugging the top connector to disable the ABS?
I don't have time to run the grey/red wire through a switch or remove the fuse and have to get rid of this nasty ABS.
I wrapped some duct tape around the connectors to protect them.

Does your speedometer still work? If it does, then I see no problem.
Good question, I haven't driven it yet.
I'll test it out today and report back.

Tested it in some mud today, and it does work. ABS is disabled when the switch is open, and re-engaged when the switch is closed. When I install the switch into the dash, I might go ahead and change it to be grounded rather than "open", just so the ABS computer is getting the correct signal.

Tested it yesterday and everything seems to work fine.
And, it now stops way better on slippery surfaces without the abs.

Cool! You might want to use a different tape, perhaps a quality electrical tape. Duct tape glue is really sticky, and if you leave the tape on long enough, the glue will harden and become nearly impossible to remove.
Good idea. It was all I had on hand at the time.
Wanted to protect it from the road slush.
I did pack the connectors with dielectric grease though.

I used the original method in this thread, method in which the truck has to be restarted to reset the ABS. I think I'll rewire it and try this method out, I like the idea of not having to restart the truck. Mines a 00 limited too, so it should be the same.

That's a cool switch! I'm using a contura switch that is generic. Do you have a part number, as I can't find that on the OTRATTW website.If anyone needs a switch, OTRATTW makes a rocker that worked good for me.
EDIT: I found that you can ask for custom text on the switches, and I found the one that has the brake symbol.
