ABS light on cant get into park

i have a 1999 4runner v6 2wd, auto. my abs light is on, i cant get it out of park, no brake lights come on, and the weird part is, park and drive light on my dash are showing they are both engaged? i have no clue how that happens, and also i have rolled down the window, and it will not go back up at all. the car starts up fine, but it wont get out of park, unless i use the shift lock button next to the shifter. i already replaced the brake switch which did nothing, and now i am thinking it may have something with the abs control module located on the passenger side wall under the glove box, next to the door. anyone have any clue on this? i am aslo new to this forum
