I would bet they just put the damaged wheel back under the 4Runner and smiled when they returned it.

That was some wussy a$$ wheeling....I have wheeled my trucks much harder with no problems.

IMHO. It shouldn't be an abuse for4 4Runner. I do not think they did something outstanding that could damage suspention or anything else.
The tire is normal situation if you punched it and corner hard at aired down wheel.
Again, I bought 4 Runner having in my mind that I can do the same with no damage to it if I really whant/need it.
