Hey there so my 94 22re t4r 4x4 has an issue with ac idle up not working properly. The AC blows cold and I can get it to idle up when I adjust the AC idle up diaphragm screw with spring all the way in and then out. However even once set it does not idle up when the Ac is turned off and then back on.
It’s not a major issue I know. It blows cold and I can run my idle a touch high to compensate, but I’d prefer to fix the problem.
Is there a way to test the diaphragm?
I am going to run the diagnostic for the vsv on the valve cover but I suspect it’s working.
Seems like the ac idle up adjuster diaphragm is a hard to find part these days!
