Did some more testing... It does in fact happen when I'm in neutral, and if I do a brake stand. Starting to think it's engine/engine mount related.
I don't think it will cause any real damage... I guess I'll have them look at it with my first oil change 8k from now.

When using moderate throttle around 2-4k rpm theres a steady vibration on the steering wheel.
It's fairly heavy if you touch the top of the wheel.
Searching says this has been due to worn out tires, brakes or axles. But at 800 miles...
Before i bring it in to have the service dept booger up my truck... Is this normal?
I assume you mean you feel engine feedback and not that the wheel is shimmying(sp?)
If that is the case then its normal. I had the issue with my Previous TRD Tacoma and it drove me nuts. I test drove 6 others of the exact same model and they all did it to some degree or another. My New TR4 does it a little as well. Pretty common complaint in Toyotas
