access to spare tire, 1995 Toyota 4-runner SR5

I am missing one of the sections to the crank that goes thru the small hole in the rear bumper to remove the spare tire (!) Anyone know how I'd find something like this? 95 SR5 .

Seems like a salvage yard would be a good place to look. 4Runner/truck, 2wd/4wd, all pretty much the same pieces.
