Adapting Center Console for USB Plugs

I'm installing a new stereo system in the 4Runner.
The head unit has two USB port 'dongles' that I want to custom mount to the center console that emanate out from the rear of the unit.
One for phone, one for music.
I know this has been done before.
How do you guys do it?
I've seen some custom center consoles with breakouts for multiple switches.
But USB ports?
I know you know how, what's the scoop?

Yes. It's Crutchfield, and the description says it is for radios with USB outputs. There are alot of USB outputs for our 4Rs, but most of them are for recharging only. Hope this helps.

I recently upgraded my stereo and it has 2 USBs as well. One for car play and the other for audio files and stuff. I purchased two of these from Amazon.

They work well. I wired the charging ports as well.

I just called Crutchfield.
They said the head unit dongles need to see at least 1.5 amps capacity each.

So if that Amazon plug has that much, I imagine it would work as well.
I'll probably get the Crutchfield unit, but thanks for the additional info.
