add armrests

I have a 2006 4runner limited, and would like to put armrests on the driver's seat. Does anyone know a link or if this has been done by anyone? What would it involve?
Could you add armrests without taking out the seat completely?

I'm not even sure if you could, especially with the SRS bags on the outside edge of the seat.
