Add factory phone bluetooth - 2005 Limited with OEM Nav

I'm hoping to add the factory phone bluetooth to my '05 Limited. I have the factory Nav head unit.

I've tried searching but am left a bit confused. Obviously I need to add the buttons on the steering wheel and a small wiring harness in the steering wheel.

What other parts would need to be added? Seems like there would need to be the 'bluetooth' part and maybe the microphone?

Thanks for your help everyone. We have a new state law starting Oct 1 that requires hands free phones so hoping to do it with factory parts.

If your NAV didn't come with BT from the factory, then you can't add it. The bluetooth hardware is inside the NAV unit. You are better off getting an aftermarket device (Parrot). Adding the BT buttons on the steering wheel won't do anything.
