I have personally run this light bar for over a year now with no issues at all. And, I just installed one on the buggy too.

I've got the same bar on my 4Runner. Worked amazing out in Moab. Well worth the $$. Fits my Addicted Off Road tube bumper perfectly too.

Ok so getting the winch all wired up. So for all the 4th gen guys we need to mount the solenoid box for the winch somewhere else because it interferes with the grill. So guys I know Scotty mentioned this earlier in this thread but just in case you missed it make sure you get a winch with a removable solenoid box! I ended up getting a Warn M8000. We ended up modifying the original bracket that the box mounts to the winch with and then welded a couple tabs to mount it right behind the winch in front of the radiator. Worked out great. Here's some pics...

So here the final result everything's all mounted and wired. I ended up up having to notch my grill a little bit where the clutch switch is because it was contacting the bottom of the grill. I do remember Scotty saying something about clocking the winch but I didn't know how too and well out came the grinder and of course right after I did it my buddy commented and said I could of just loosened and clocked the end with the clutch switch. Oh well it all worked out in the end and I'm happy with how everything turned out. I also installed the Factor 55 Flat link.

Basically loosely bolt on the crossmember and then the bumper. Tighten everything up, while aligning the bumper to fit the body lines. Once everything is nice and tight, drill the hole for the bolt that goes through the frame rail. When you're all done, get someone to weld the crossmember to the frame if you can. I'm waiting till i have enough scrap to pickup some sliders and have it all done at the same time.
