Front is done minus the steering box. We're waiting on a flat pitman arm prior to messing with it.

Rear frenched hangers are being installed today as well.

we plated the frame on the inside of each frame rail as well as the front section of the outside in front of the body mount. Its not going anywhere.

I hate taking pics without cleaning the welds up as they look like ass otherwise, but this will give you the idea.

So, here are some pics with tires on it. The axles are sitting on jack stands. Tire is off the ground 1" and I would take out another 1" for tire squat. Frame height is 25.5" roughly. So, with 33s it should be 23.5".

Add 2" of height for 37s and it would be 25.5". And, it hasn't settled yet.

Pretty sure he has an idea of the cost since Scotty is building it lol.... I think I have an idea... I know what my build cost and I don't even want to think about it.

Let's just sweep whatever the final cost is under the rug so none of us have to think about it. :cheers:

Got the rear buttoned up. 5.29s installed in the rear diff with a solid pinion spacer. Set pinion angle. Just need some shorter shocks for the rear to come in to get them mounted.

Radiator will be here on Tuesday too.

Steering box and flat pitman arm are installed. Again, we frenched the box into the frame to allow clearance for the arm to swing and clear the castle nut on the tierod.

Then we started mocking up the custom front bumper.

On a side note, I realized last week that TG has sent me the wrong front springs. They sent me 5" front springs, so they shipped me out the correct ones. Needless to say this lowered the frame height even more. Right now we are sitting at 24-3/8" on 285/70/17s. Keep in mind that is with brand new springs and it should settle an inch or so.

Finished product on the Tacoma. Leaf spring lift with frenched hangers on my 37s. Frame height is ONLY 25-3/8"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rig drive's like a dream.

Well, it left the shop today.

We installed a new grill, headlights, and marker lights before it left him.

It looks tiny on 33s, but adequate for what he wanted. 35s will be next on his list.

Frenchy came back in for dual cases, new drivelines, our HD sliders, and some electrical add ons.
