These are 100% bolt on bumpers. We supply you with a crossmember to mount it to the frame. So, its a modular two piece design consisting of the crossmember and bumper.

How's the flow to the lower part of the radiator? I do a little towing with mine, so air flow is important as well as protection.

Should be fine. We have holes cut in the lower skid that will allow for air flow to the radiator.

- Is there option to cover the center "gap" to the radiator if we don't have the LED light option? It seem like the gap so big (no protection for the radiator)in the picture without the light.
- How heavy is it? I can use it with stock suspension?
- What's about 4runner with body lifted?

All of our bumpers ship bare metal. This allows you to have the control over the quality of paint/powder coat. It also keeps them from getting scratched in shipping and saves on shipping costs.

Yes, it will fit the 06-09 models. We are testing one in a couple weeks. So, the design will be ironed out by the time we are in full production on them.

There is no gap to cover. Even without a light bar on it, it will not be a problem.

Weight is 90-95lbs including the crossmember. Yes, it can be used with the stock suspension if needed.

No, these will not be produced for use with a body lift.

Great work! This is by far my favorite design.

I have a few questions:
How much flex will there be in the 'wings' or area that wraps under the fender.
Not expecting it to be a jack point, but curious how much it can handle.

Also, how does your bumper effect the windshield washer tank? Can it be retained?
