Man, looks great, the color is awesome. I think the bumper looks and flow better on 10-13' then the 14'+ (there seems to be more gaps/opening and the loop doesn't flow/match the angle of the front grill like the 10-13')
Btw, what color is that?

Thanks. you guys take the credit for building a darn gorgeous bumper.. Almost hate that it looks so good because now I don't want to go beat on it. Luckily it it is tucked up nice and tight.. Hopefully, I can keep it looking nice for a while.

What tool did you use to get such a clean cut? I used a dremel when I installed my TRDP valance and pretty much melted the plastic.

When we install them, We use a body saw or jig saw. And then clean up edges with a flap wheel on an angle grinder.

Dremel is the worst possible tool for this job.
Best tool is a jig saw with the right blade.

I finish off with an angle grinder and flap wheel. Or just sand by hand with a block.

Pretty sure this bumper is going to go on my new 2016. Most of the pics in this thread look like the body panels are touching or darn close to the top of the bumper. Since the body moves separate from the frame, shouldn't there be at least a 1/4" to 1/2" gap along the top?

Since the original bumper is a plastic bumper, the answer is no. It cannot do any damage having it tight.

Very good question actually.. A jig saw is the best for cutting the factory bumper. It assures the straightest, fine cut when using the correct blade.
I've found that the best way is to tape off your cut line after you've measured. After that, match the top of the cut line with the bottom of different color tape. This assures when you go to cut you're cutting in the "middle" of those two different color tapes. Gives the brain something to visually aim for, giving you a more consistent cut.
