Well, based on that I think they would work then. But, you'd only have 1/4" between them.
I'll be in touch today! Btw, that was me emailing re: rigid flush mount d2's and a-series in place of the usual light offerings

Finally got it back from the powder coating and installed. A few minor things left to hook up and tweak. Color turned out great!

Thanks. you guys take the credit for building a darn gorgeous bumper.. Almost hate that it looks so good because now I don't want to go beat on it. Luckily it it is tucked up nice and tight.. Hopefully, I can keep it looking nice for a while.Britt, it looks great! I love it!

What tool did you use to get such a clean cut? I used a dremel when I installed my TRDP valance and pretty much melted the plastic.
Dremel is the worst possible tool for this job. What tool did you use to get such a clean cut? I used a dremel when I installed my TRDP valance and pretty much melted the plastic.
Nicest bumper so far for the 5th gen. Kudos to Addicted Offroad [emoji1591][emoji12][emoji1591]
Pretty sure this bumper is going to go on my new 2016. Most of the pics in this thread look like the body panels are touching or darn close to the top of the bumper. Since the body moves separate from the frame, shouldn't there be at least a 1/4" to 1/2" gap along the top?
Sent using my thumbs!

Since the original bumper is a plastic bumper, the answer is no. It cannot do any damage having it tight.
