Adjusting low beams

I put a 3" lift in a few weeks ago and finally got around to adjusting the low beams down a little so I'm not blinding on coming traffic.. well after looking for over 30 mins, removing covers, looking in the owners manual, I can't see how to adjust my low beams. Tell me there's a trick I'm just missing. I'm pretty mechanical incline but damn this one got me stumped.. how do you adjust the low beams?

Remove the plastic panel by the radiator so you can get behind the grill/headlights.
There's an 8mm bolt that you turn to raise or lower the beam. A ratcheting box end works best.
The bolt also accepts a Phillip's screwdriver through a hole in the radiator support.

Why would you remove the panel? There are access holes for the screwdriver.
I removed the panel because I didn't know where the screw/bolts were.
Now I do.
I also wanted to look behind the grill. I've only had the truck for 3 months (now)

Thanks guys! I was looking yesterday after a 16 hr shift, this morning it was right where it was when I adjusted the morimoto bulbs I installed months back and where you said the adjustment screw was. I feel kind Of duh..
