Adjusting Wheel Fender Liner

Whats the easiest way to move the fender liners - im rubbing (not on the outside) but in the middle on the plastic.

Not sure which liner you're talking about, but there is a good writeup at the bottom of this page for pushing the fronts forward.

I used a sharp knife to trim the front bumper , cut like butter. No need for a Dremel to cut it out. A knife can also be used to trim the liner so you can utilize the existing clips.

After installing the FJ rims yesterday, I had rubbing so moved the liners forward, but didn't get them quite far enough, so still have a little rubbing.
