Adjustments,after a lift?...help!

I'm a newbie at this, I have a 96'limited V6 4x4, I want to get the 16x7 1999 4runner Wheels & maybe a little bigger/thicker wheel, & add a 1 1/2 " lift using Daystar spacers. My question is if I go with this set up wiould I need to Adjust my Gear ratio ? The Differential? Please Advice.

You shouldn't need to "adjust" any of that. You'll need a front end alignment for sure.

lift doesnt matter with gearing unless you get tires bigger then 33".

Yes a front alignment is needed after a lift.

ull feel the lag with bigger tires but it shoudlnt be the bad with something 33" or less
