Advice on lifting PTR13-35140?

Hello,

I have a 2018 ORP with KDSS and FJC TRD TT suuspensIon - PTR13-35140. I’ve added Warn hybrid bumper, full RCI skids, RSG sliders, Proline elite rear bumper with dual swing outs, roof rack, fridge, etc. Also, i pull a steel expo trailer.

Anyway, I need advice on spring swap. I like the current ride, but want more clearance. Maybe lift 2-3” over stock. Also, need rear springs that can handle bumper and trailer.. OME has always been my go to for coils.

I want to keep shocks

I need higher rated spring in the back.

Front is about perfect. Just need 2” lift. Maybe a spacer?

Thoughts?

If you want to go the spacer option you could go with the Cornfed preload spring spacers that goes between the top hat and red trd springs. There is also a 3/8" or 1/2" top hat spacer option.

I had the Wheelers Offroad 3/4" rubber spring preload isolator on the same setup you have but there was some internal droop in the middle of the spacer where the spring sat, so I suggest using the Cornfed ones made of UHMV. I have two new pairs of Cornfed preload spacers, 3/4" and 1" inch preload spacers if you want to try them out. I also have my used set of 1/2" top hat spacers.

Spring option:
You might be experiencing some front end droop with the 600# springs, you can take those out sell them to a TRD Pro owner who wants 14" 600# inch springs instead of 13"

locate a pair of 3"x14" 650# king spring is another great option since you have all that weight up front. I wouldn't recommend preload spring spacer on 650# spring but I wouldn't hesitate installing a top hat spacer plate.:hungry:

Hard to find now but I looked specifically for the older silver SAW 1.5" rear springs I knew they were jut the right softness that allowed 10-15% more payload but there are so many other 2 inch options out there.
