Advice on rust for this frame?

Looks to be treated w/ lanolin? Hard to see much because of that.

It really is hard to tell, but the little bit of rust I can notice in those pics seems minimal.

I'd get under and start tapping away with a small hammer or something looking for serious rust.

These frames rust from inside out, so you don't really notice until it's really bad. I know from experience.

Agree with the others. Missing a couple of fasteners on the plastic lower front cover.

I do not see much but I would try and scrape a small amount off to see what is under. It looks fine from the pictures. I was just under my 23 and it looks similar although I do not have any coating.

The only area mine is really rusted is where the foam is around the radiator support area in the front.
