After Installing new UBJ, LBJ, Bushings, and CV Axle? CV's binding

Ive been having the same issue after installing spc ucas. My passenger side is sitting very high and the cv is borderline binding when the truck is on the ground. No idea why. Im running 5100s on the first perch with eibach coils

I would have it aligned, chances are that the old bushings were so bad that they had to way over compensate while doing the alignment. after i redid my front bushings my front tires were binding so bad that i couldnt drive down the street at all. are you even sure its the cv binding? also lify height has nothing to do with full droop binding, unless you are using a shock thats too long, or you are running a big top plate spacer. all this being said is it just binding at full droop? did you leave it in 4wd by accident?

D Farms... Now you got me thinking! I know definitely alignment is out of whack. Tires go on tomorrow, balance and alignment. So Toyota had it for the last couple days doing axle seals and stuff. It is defiantly binding at full droop only on the passenger side. So I can tell I am a little to high, about a half inch. I'm gonna lower it, just off my laser level. Will get it figured out somehow. But I sort of agree with you? Maybe there is something else going on? Who knows that 02' system is kind of funky could it be stuck half way in AWD? I mean it's got that locking center diff, that whole contraption is kind of weird! Well I'll find out more tomorrow after new tires an alignment. Should be hella smooth. Can't wait.

I would lower way more than 1/2". But yes get aligned. Think of center diff lock as 50/50 4x4. Transfers power evenly. It's like going from awd to 4x4.

Ok so, new KO2's today balanced and aligned, and adjusted down to 25.5" center of hub to top of fender. What you think? Good with that? Also purchased a diff drop lot as much as I don't want to put that on. I still have binding issue at full flex only on the passenger side.
