after market radiator suggestions!

bummer.
i decided to let the dealership install this since i was already there anyway to replace a cv axle.
turns out the radiator wasn't the only thing leaking. the water pump was leaking too and it leaked all over my drive belt. $300 labor for radiator install plus $800 for water pump and new drive belt. it was the original water pump. the drive belt was replaced 40,000 miles ago, still was pretty new. expensive day at the dealership. they did talk me out of the trans cooler, said it was unnecessary. saved me $50 in labor and $50 for the part.

i am glad now that i let the dealership install it. i wouldn't have noticed the water pump. having this fail on me or the drive belt failing would have done some serious damage. glad it is winter time too, since im sure my engine wasn't being cooled down efficiently.

i should be good now for awhile on major maintenance items.

Has anyone used the CSF 2 row radiator sold by URD which is around 42mm thick? URD says it has a greater cooling capacity and is still a "drop-in" radiator. Do y'all think it is worth it to spend $350 to replace my leaking radiator and do it myself? I haul a 900lb atv on the weekends, occasionally have to pull trucks out of pipelines, and plan to install URD's UCON-EMS tuner in the coming weeks. Just want to make sure that everything will sync up once the tuner is in with the 170 degree thermostat and cam gears.

I cannot speak of the radiator but are you sure it's your actual radiator leaking? my issue in the end ended up being the water pump that was leaking not the radiator.
