Does anyone make a decent seat and brackets for the 3rd gen?

My front seats are thrashed and was looking at ebay / amazon seats and also PRP is right around the corner from me but have not seen brackets or a universal bracket. I still need the seat to slide forward and back.

Will 95-04 Tacoma seat mounts work in the 3rd gen 4Runner? Saw prp has them

Wedge Engineering makes brackets for the 3rd gen, which will allow you to mount most Recaro, Sparco and other aftermarket seats. I just picked up some 80's era Recaro LS seats off CL last weekend and have Wedge making me brackets as we speak.

Do you want to just buy and bolt in some seats?....

If you don’t mind a little work, is very possible to modify many kine seats to work....I replaced mine in 02runner last year...but usually end up doing most of my vehicles at some point....
Lmk if want tips for the 3rd gen...

it is very possible to mount "universal" seats. Amazon/ebay.
what i did, was remove the feat from my stock seats and used them for the new ones.

the universal sliding tracks were WAY TOO NARROW.

so i installed just the stock feet, made sure they were level, and bolted a flat steel bar across the front and another across the back. i then drilled and bolted the universal sliding tracks to the flat bar and called it a day.
