Aftermarket or Add-on Auto Lift Gate feature for 4th Gen?

My wife has a 2006 SR5 4Runner 2wd. I have upgraded it to leather seats, and now the only complaint she has on it is the lift gate. She basically has to jump on it and pull down like she is spinning the wheel on The Price is Right to make it close. Does anyone know if it is possible to retrofit an auto-close mechanism to the 4Runner? It could be factory or aftermarket, I dont care. I tried a google search but just came up with junk hits.

I am working on a custom fiberglass subwoofer box that sits on the driverside wheel wheel. I will post pics of that soon. It should be very nice.
