Aftermarket switches for factory locations

Finally i get to post! lol

i've found allot of these on ebay for newer toyota trucks/suv. I have some blank offs for switches in my 87 runner as most of us do. I would like to use these pre-existing holes for some of these switches. However it seems like these switches are slightly rounded at the corners vs ours that look more square. Does anyone know or have installed these type of switches in a factory switch hole?

I am not 100% but I think you have to file out the holes a little for them

Thanks, they sell some of these with USB charging ports. It would make it much easier vs custom fitting one. I know i can get a cig lighter usb charger but it would look so much cooler if it looked factory. Plus i have two open slots above radio. It would be perfect for driver and passenger.
