Air Lift 1000 install advice

I finally got to installing the air lift 1000. When stuffing the bag into the spring, is it necessary to get the bag to sit all the way to the bottom? Or is it ok that it's 2-3 inches higher? I got the driver's side all the way down but the passenger side is stubborn. Will or matter that one bag sits at the bottom and the other is in the middle? Hoping that after inflation and it's back on its own weight it doesn't matter. Thanks in advance.

Doesn't matter after a few full articulations of the rear suspension it will sit where it sits. Be sure to keep 5PSI minimum in the bags.
One other thing I ran my airlines out the top rather than the bottom so they are a little more protected.
