Air Lift 1000 owners - what did you do with your bumpstops?

How long did your install take and did you have to pull the whole spring to do so?

Pics or threads would be very helpful. I've had the recall done and I'd like a level load when I tow my popup camper.

From the instructions you're supposed to cut the cone bumpstops. If you have a lift on already, then you probably don't have to cut off much. I think Lars Dennert did this. Do a google search for him.
