what the hell is this???? I keep on seeing this and wondering if this a drop in like what I have or is it something special no one is telling me about. I am looking right now at putting a CAI on and wondered if this is what you are talking about...

No. The Filtercharger is what they call the drop-in aftermarket intake air filter. The cleaning kit, is called the Recharger.
