Airbag light only with key in "on" position?

Buying a 4Runner, question about Airbags

Hi, I'm looking at a beautiful 4runner and she is on awesome shape, but I'm afraid of something about the airbag light in the dash.
The 4runner is a 2001. When I turn the key to the "ACC" position, the airbag light wont come up in the dash, it only comes up when the key is in "ON" position, and stays on for 5~8s. The manual in the car says that it should light up when in "ACC" positon too.
Should I be concerned about it?
Otherwise the car is in very good shape, only one owner and everything works like it should!

It's normal man.

The ACC position only "arms" the windows and radio, IIRC. The "on" position turns the truck "on" so ALL the systems are ready when you start the truck and keep the engine running.
