Airing up and down on repaired tire question

Hi all,
I recently picked up a screw right in the middle of my tire in the tread gap and had it professionally repaired from the inside. Its on the rear passenger side as my spare is the stock Bridgestone and I got the screw in one of my new Duratracs.

Is it ok to use this like a un patched tire, airing it up and down as needed and going over the rough stuff? Or will cycling pressures and rolling over obstacles compromise the integrity of the repair?

I have never had a problem with a plug failing from Air up/down.

if the screw is un screwed and its complete no need to remove tire . just plug it ..

if the tire has a hole/leak and no nail/screw / metal then tire must be removed and inspected.. since its in the tread area solid portion no problem ...

last time I had to have this type tie removal for a flat was over 30 yrs ago .. had to patch in from inside odd angle into the tread ..unknown cause of hole

If done properly a patch from the inside is always a better repair than a plug. BUT- I have been using plugs for 30 years and they have never let me down!
