Looking good, I say leave the sunroof shade off and tint the window a little bit to help with heat, just me though.

I know it would require having more bars made, but an "X" brace on the roof would be clear of the latch, or use two of those roof braces and space them evenly.
If your shade is factory and in good shape, put in on eBay. They sell for good money!
One thing to check are the sunroof gutter drains. That seal isn't meant to keep all the water out and usually if it leaks into the cab, those drains are plugged. Silicone will keep outside water from leaking in, but condensation will build up inside the roof along the glass because of the heat that the glass retains when everything else cools down. That's why the roof rusted out of my last 4Runner.
