On my 2009 4runner the power locks all work with the remote, but my alarm do not turn on.
I checked it with sitting inside the car locking it with the remote and then open the door from the inside. According instruction book this should trigger the alarm.
The panic button on the back side of remote trigger the alarm as it supossed to do.
Can anyone help with solution ??
I have this 4runner in Dominican Republic and do not trust very much the mechanic that they got here
