Alignment

This is from my last visit for a rotation and alignment. What y'all think? Should I have them change anything?

IMHO, I would have them match the passenger front camber with the driver front and have them try to raise caster on both sides to around 4°. Other than that it looks good.

On the previous alignment, it looks like they only set toe.

Bigger question is, how does it drive?
 
I like caster to be set between +4-5. Camber set like that (the way you have it) is often to counter crowned roads so that the truck will track straight and not drift to the lower passenger shoulder.
 
Well, I hope you haven't been paying them much, because they haven't done anything but adjust tie rods, once.

If you like how it drives, it's fine. I would be annoyed with the twitchiness of 3 degrees of caster, but that's only because I run 5 and live in an area with crazy cross winds.
 
It's within spec... but...

I don't like it.

With a more aggressive tire like the AT3's, IMO...

Caster should be 3.5 or 4 on both sides.
Camber should be 0 on both sides.
Toe should be 0.02 on both sides.

I've never understood that whole "compensate for road crown" crap... Not every road has that ...

Just front, rear have nothing to do with caster, camber or toe.
 
Just want to add to my original post:

Key is to check your front tires. Rub your hands across the tread...If you notice anything other than flat even wear, adjust accordingly.

As with anything, use your best judgement. This is my opinion and is just a base line.

Although nothing on the rear suspension is adjustable, it is a good idea to look over the rear numbers when you have an alignment performed and compare to previous alignments. You can diagnose certain problems like dog-tracking ( thrust angle, bent control arm), rear camber and toe ( bent axle tube, shaft, wheel) and so on. Not all techs may catch something like this but you can. This area is often overlooked because there usually is a big tolerance when it comes to a non-adjustable rear suspension and the numbers can vary a lot from vehicle to vehicle.
 
So... Firestone doesn't do custom specs, they said they will try their best to have both sides match :confused: .. Sigh

Regarding PSI, what should the AT3's be set at for daily driving?

Tell them it's not custom. You just want the caster set as high as possible.

Would these be decent specs for a 4th gen as well? I just installed my lift and will be headed to Firestone in the next week or so.
 
I tried out my local Firestone shop and had a good fit conversation, but when I brought it in, the experience was very far from expected.

I was interested in their lifetime alignment deal as well, but ended up going to a local independent shop that Discount Tire uses for all their customers. (I have a great relationship with DT and trust their judgement).

Bob's Garage in Westfield, IN is a bit of a drive for you, but still closer than [MENTION=6387]scott[/MENTION]@high-tech. LOL

I guess I'm saying, you may have to shop around a bit more to find a place where you trust the work to be what you want it to be.
