Alignment?

I just got some Falkens for my stock ORP wheels and Im about to get them installed this weekend.

Do you guys get an alignment at the same time just to make sure they wear evenly or just wait till you need one after a couple of trails?

I wanted to adjust off center steering wheel but jackass manager at local shop told me he can't do alignment without damaging my wheels. I got it done myself by following Toyota TSB on that. Other than tie rod adjust it needed no alignment after new tires.
