Alignment

I have a 2023 ORP that I took in for an alignment. Although the vehicle drove fine, it now seems a little off. It tracks straight, but when turning, the vehicle seems like it's in a bind and there's a lot more resistance, specifically when turning left. Can anyone help and give me some insight on whats going on and if this looks ok? Did some reading, askedAI some questions, and it seems that the adjustments made could be a culprit to the poor steering behaviors. Turning just doesnt feel natural as it sits.

Stock vehicle, about 40k, with stock sized k02.

When you say bind the first thing that comes to mind is are you in 4WD?
