Just found this in the electrical wiring diagram book, which can be viewed here

It clearly says the drivers door key cylinder can open or close all windows. I'm irritated that they put this in, because a tried everything I could think of to get this function working, to no avail. I suspect the JDM models might do it and they forgot to remove this from the NA manuals. If you read it carefully is very bad English too.
