I dont need one but Im excited to see your product! I wish we were closer, I'd love to be a part of that! As a welder fabricator though, Beware our bros from the East, they hold the market on profits from anything metal, the just work soooo cheap.
 
We have a plasma CAC table. It will cut out anything you can draw. Ask around your welding supply stores and see if theres anyone around you that has one and check their prices. We just charge shop rate $75/Hr. If its pretty thin you could get a whole bunch done in an hour.

If we ever slow down Ill punch something similar out to show you.
 
WHat do you have to weld?

Im thinking just a simple cut out to fit over the TOYOTA part. Belt sand the TOYOTA off and sticky the new bezel on. That round thing is the key hole.
