American Eagle wheel on Mag Grey Limited

Okay guys let's start the debate. Was at Wheel Warehouse over the weekend and they put this wheel up against my stocks. I think I like it, but that silver center cap is absolutely killing me!!!!

Do I pull the trigger and paint the center cap on my own or do I go with the Black Rhino Sabi wheel which has flush center cap. Please note my car is a 4x2 not a 4x4. The Eagle gives it a more off-road look and the Rhino gives it a more luxury SUV look.

Opinions please....

Don't use the center caps. Alot of people don't.

I like both, I'm not huge on the silver beadlocks but they do break up the black.

I haven't seen a runner with those rims on it so could be the first

Yeah not a big fan of the beadlock look either. Kinda cheezy having a fake look. Kinda like wearing a fake Rolex.

I noticed your black ProComp wheels. Had the same one's on my Jeep Rubicon. Looks like you don't have center caps either. Did you have your hub painted black or is that what it looks like when you take the center cap off?

Thats what they look like stock. Front and back hubs are black and look really good just as they are.

I try to find something good to say always, but yeah fake beadlocks are like fake rolexes ( insert something clever here ).

I like an all black simple wheel. I really like the pro comps

I really want the Rhino's, but the store didn't have them in the matte black only the silver and black and they are pretty nasty in the two-tone. I'm pretty nervous about purchasing a wheel without physically viewing it up against my car. Have to find a retailer who has them in stock for me to view.

Have you considered painting your stock LTD rims? They are not far off in styling from this rim you show here. I don't like the silver center caps on those either...

Yes I would prefer to paint or powder coat the OEM wheels, but I simply can't get past the 7" wheel. I'm losing sleep over it to be honest. I get the engineers trying to help us with gas mileage, but seriously who puts a 7" wheel on an SUV?

From the side the car is beautiful make no mistake. However from the front and rear view it looks like I'm driving on spares.

I put some 275/55/20 Continental CrossContact LX20's on my LE w/stock wheels (they're made to fit 7-9.5" wheel). Much better tire, ride is firmer and the look is much improved.

Now, if you want an A/T tire,..well, you'll have to go with a different wheels.
