Amsoil weight and capacity for an 06 4runner 4WD 4.0?

I'm sure it's been covered but I couldn't find it in a search.

I'm looking to change my tranny fluid to amsoil. I need the capacity and the weight that you guys typically use. Thanks!

My '08 V6 uses 5W30. I can't recall the capacity but I want to say it's 6 quarts since I bought a 5 quart jug plus a quart of M1 when I did my last change but that was over 6 months ago. It's in the OM but I'm too lazy to run out to the truck.
