I ordered a full set front and back of these bad boys back in April......it's mid August and I'm still waiting. I've done more than enough research on what I wanted and the set up that would suit my needs. It just sucks to read all the rave reviews on the ride and the lift guys are getting, and here I am with my stock looking pavement queen. I've waited this long already and the company that I ordered from keeps pushing the dates back, not weeks but now months with no ETA on the delivery. I've paid for the product in full......I don't want to cancel the order but I think I've waited long enough. Now I'm stuck looking for another set up and trying to figure out what to do. Guess on the bright side 3 hurricanes/tropical storms missed and spared our island (Oahu). Prayers to the residents on the Big Island....back to countless hours on the iPad doing more research on lifts again....

Who did you order from?

If you don't want to cancel, (which I can understand as you'd lose your place) why not just order for another vendor and cancel the one that does not ship first?

Though, from reading the many of the Bilstein threads, it seems most people are having some long delays. At least for the 5100 height adjustable fronts.

I tried 3 different vendors. None could provide the front adjustables. None could provide an ETA.

4Wheeler quoted me 2-4 weeks with the volume they do. This was last last week. You may want to reach out to them.

get the ones that toytec sells. They were originally designed for the 4th gen but they work so well on the 5th gen toytec never bothered switching over to the new ones. I have them as well as many others. The ride is great

My guess is that Bilstein sets up production for each part number and makes x amount of parts to replenish stock and fill orders then goes on to producing the next part number. They are probably out of stock on your part number. It is not cost efficient to build one or two sets of shocks to fill an order. I worked in a shop that made aftermarket parts and this is how it worked. You have to wait till they produce the parts again.

Check out Sonoran Steel. I ordered my lift (with Bilstein shocks on all 4 corners) on 7-26 and it will be here on Friday. Much shorter wait than from April until now. Perhaps that other place lost your order? Anyway, [MENTION=1795]sschaefer3[/MENTION] has thus far provided AMAZING customer service (much more than ANY OTHER COMPANY has lately), so based on that alone you got to check them out!!!

These lifts look awesome but I have ordered from two reputable company's that are vendors on here this last week and have had Perfect customer support in fact A+ so no reason to throw others under the bus....
