Android Double DIN Headunit?

Hello all, I know some guys are running the Nexus 7 mod on their rigs but I want something that require less modifications. This unit seems promising since it has everything I would need, especially for my Torque app. I especially have my eyes on this one because it has the 7" screen due to the fact it doesn't have a CD/DVD slot (would never use it). Based on some research, reliability on these Android based headunits leave much to be desired, except for the Pumpkin units. I also like the fact that besides mounting the unit, it is pretty much plug and play with a Toyota ISO harness. Can't beat the price for $285, any thoughts?

You can usually get them cheaper right from Hong Kong. I order from Aliexpress all the time.

Now that Google Maps can do off line navigation and search...that's another plus!

I've seen some head units that can disconnect from the tablet so you can bring it inside with you. That's a nice touch.

I do have experience with Chinese head units but only my Dad's and his runs window mobile. I installed a pirated copy of Igo Primo (which is what Pioneer and others use) and it's an amazingly good GPS now. Now bad for $162. You can play Tetris on it too.
