Another convert

Finally got around to doing the +14 conversion. So long Trail front. I like both front ends but the direction I’m going is getting the low pro winch bumper later on down the road. I know someone is doing a low pro for the 13 and earlier but the +14 looks helluva lot better.

Anyway.. took a few hours. I think most of the time was spent on the headlights and trimming the splash guards. That corner light connector is a tight fit. Installed Morimotos as well. Also I will get the right splash guards later too.

Does that mean you have some trail parts that you are looking to part with? I have been trying to locate a mag grey 10-13 trail bumper for a long time. Planning to buy a primed one on ebay if i can't find one, but really dont want to deal with painting and all that goes with that.

All OEM parts. I actually got lucky and picked up the bumper, passenger headlight, and passenger tail light locally for cheap... That's what kicked off my conversion lol..

I love it. I can finally see!! It's not worth the trouble to retro fit the Trail lights as it will not pass safety here in Hawaii.. I had retrofitted my F150 and had to keep a spare factory headlights to swap just to get safety done... retarded.

I've thought about that too.. the hidden winch mount.. but like I said, I plan on going with the low pro style winch mount.

Is what Grey or Black? The bumper is same color.. mag grey.. TRD middle section is black though.. Still have the all my parts.. prefer to not ship as it's just too humbug for me to go through all that hassle on my end to find a shipper and package it all up.

ahh, you are in Hawaii. I was hoping for the Texas part of your location under your avatar. I would have happily driven to TX to help you dispose of unneeded trail pieces. Hawaii isn't as easy to get to from Arkansas.

lol... yeah it would be a tad difficult no matter how much overlanding you do to try and get here.. lol... anyhow.. I was already hoping to be in Texas... but working for the government... it's basically who you know in order to get hired..
