Another Lift Tire/Rim Question

Please don't beat up on me too bad.
I've been searching to find what the offset and backspace are on my 4th gen, and I can't find anything. I'm going to be lifting 3" with boss coilovers, and wanting to run 285/75/16 and am trying to find what backspace I'll need. A guy is selling some 16x9 with 4.5 backspace that I'm hoping I can use.

I've tried using this link that I've found while searching, but I don't know the stock specs. Any/All help is appreciated.

Stock rims are 30mm offset. I think that comes out to 4.5.
Using the link you posted those new rims give you -12 which moves the tires out 2 inches on the outside, and .9 inches away on the inside. They work, it's what I am going to use when I can afford rims. They will stick outside the fenders by about an inch so if you don't want that you will want to find something with smaller backspacing.
For measurement comparisons I really like this site as it gives you a nice visual of the tires/rims over the other one.
