According to the report, she wasn't wearing a seat belt, her 2 kids weren't in child seats and are in the hospital, and I have no words to describe the people who stole the groceries out of the front seat with complete disregard to a dead person and two injured children in the back seat.

This whole story is full of tragic Fail. I feel the most sorry for the kids.
